MEET ROCCO

Rocco Cozza is a proud dad, lifelong Pennsylvanian, a small business owner, and conservative who understands what it means to build something from the ground up. Raised in a working-class family, Rocco learned early that bills have to be paid, trust must be earned, and real leadership means showing up for people when it matters most. Those values have guided his career, his family life, and his decision to run for State Representative in Pennsylvania’s 45th House District.

For more than 20 years, Rocco has practiced law, advocating for clients and helping people navigate some of life’s most complex challenges. He started his own business with one simple goal: to serve people better. What began in a one-room office has grown into a multi-state business helping job creators and the people they serve succeed, grow, and build lasting opportunities.

As an attorney, Rocco Cozza has spent his career cutting through bureaucracy and defending rights and freedoms. As State Representative, he will bring that same determination to Harrisburg – opposing tax increases that burden family budgets, standing firmly with police and first responders, and supporting job growth that keeps opportunity right here in the 45th District.

“People here work hard, play by the rules, and take responsibility for their futures,” says Cozza. “Government should be held to the same standard. That means delivering on-time, balanced budgets, protecting freedoms, and creating opportunity – not dependency.”

The role Rocco values most isn’t being an attorney or entrepreneur – it’s being a dad. Raising three children has shaped how he sees the future and strengthened his commitment to strong schools, safe communities, and affordable living for working families.
